Nia classes

Amanda Lamprecht is a passionate Nia Black Belt Dancer and yogi (E-RYT 500, Yoga Therapist C-IAYT, and Continuing Education provider with Yoga Alliance (YACEP)), as well as a musician, sound and energy practitioner, Certified Meditation Teacher, and a Certified Teacher of Presence through Eckhart Tolle's School of Presence. Amanda draws inspiration from her diverse background, weaving all her experiences into her Nia dancing and somatic artistic expressions to serve as one's own firekeeper and foster a positive outlook on life, expressed through joyful and upbeat dancing.

Born and raised on the picturesque coast of Southern Africa, Amanda's journey has taken her around the world, immersing herself in various healing and spiritual modalities. Additionally, she is certified in Acutonics® and enjoys incorporating Sound Baths into her classes. This global exploration has profoundly influenced her approach, encouraging others to experience life as a universal dance, rich with colors, fragrances, and joyful adventures.

With a foundation in Yoga, her progression into Nia dance was a natural evolution. Amanda creates vibrant and enjoyable dance classes that celebrate diversity, artistic expression, soul, and personal growth. Her classes go beyond mere movement; they embody principles of equity, cultural understanding, and the sheer joy of self-expression.
